Fire Station 44 Visit

On November 27th, we visited Fire Station 44 in Simi Valley. We donated 200 dollars worth of Starbucks gift cards to the hardworking firefighters at the station. Because the station held a larger fire engine, it housed 21 firefighters in total, meaning that each firefighter was gifted about 10 dollars. After giving out the Starbucks gift cards, we were given a short tour of the garage of the fire station where we got to see the 35-foot long fire engine.
