LA River Cleanup 5/19

CHEER was able to partner up with OVERDUE once again on Sunday 5/19 to help clean up the LA River. We were able to fill up 8 bags of trash and recover a shopping cart from the river. Afterward, we also had a fun time playing different sports with soccer balls, volleyballs, jump ropes, and frisbees. Thank you to all those who came out and volunteered. Thanks to the Raghavan Family, Szczech Family, and Zeng Family, and to OVERDUE for helping coordinate the event.
