June 28 to July 1, 2026 CHEER was selected as Top 12 Youth Organization in 2026 UCA Submit. It was exciting to learn that we’ve been selected to present in the UCA Conference. Bad news was we only have 1 week to prepare for the presentation material to send to the UCA board and write up speech script and recite it with my partner. To make the situations worse, I was about to go on a cruise ship with limited internet connection to resources that I used to be able to reach out.

On May 24, 2026, CHEER members participated in our annual CHEER Open House and Graduation Party. Throughout this event, CHEER members took part in numerous activities. For instance, face painting tables were set up, along with a robotics stand for our new San Gabriel Branch of CHEER, and a plentiful amount of food, including pizza, pork buns, and cake. On April 12, 2026, many CHEER members joined the recycling day. Members contributed by dropping off a multitude of recyclables at Recycling Innovations. We gathered a total of 61 bags (excluding those who did not wish to have volunteer hours) of recyclables and sorted the plastic bottles, cans, and glass bottles into separate containers. All recyclables were weighed, and we collected a total of $163.53 ! This was made possible by the collective help of our CHEER members. We
