Parade route: Alone Chatsworth Street, from Granda Hill Public Library to Granada Hill Charter High School, about 2 miles Drop off and pick up location Drop off: definitely before 12:30, location is close to Granda Hill Public Library, map TBA. Note: Walk in check in spot will be closed at 12:30. Pick up: close to Granada Hill Charter High School, map TBA Can I drop students/kids off with CHEER advisors? We highly recommend you join as a family. At least one parent should show up and lead the kids through the parade. Do I have to finish the whole parade, 2 miles, from 1:30 to 4:00pm? You can sure sneak out with parent supervised. We only ask you to be quick and safe as we can't interrupt the parade for any personal reason. Parade needs to move forward with a fair speed. How can student carry lunch and water?

Lunch: please put lunch in a sack bag. Student can't carry a huge lunch bag during parade. Student: please carry a light weight sack backpack for your water bottle. Water: Holly will take a small cart and walk in the back to carry some water Rain or Shine: Please bring a transparent trash bag for students to cover themselves if its raining. Holding an umbrella for 2 miles will be too demanding for students. Please apply sunblock if it is sunny. Santa hat is recommended for the parade. How safe and secure the parade is?

Parade organizer said that each road entrance will be blocked physically with: camp tailer, truck or multiple small cars. LAPD officers will be on site too.

Safety is our biggest concern. Even with safety concern, we don't want our students to miss the holiday joy with this biggest holiday event in the valley.
