On Sunday, the SCV CHEER Branch hosted yet another trail clean-up session. This time, with a new addition to the group! Everyone welcome Kendrick! Together our group spent an hour cleaning up trash near the Chuck Pontius Commuter Trail! This was our first trail clean-up session in a while so everyone was happy to get the program back on track!
We found a lot of trash along the way and recyclables to! We event found leftover tents and backpacks near the trail! The final amount of bags of trash we picked was 8 and it weighed just over 10 pounds! We are so excited that we can keep doing trail clean-ups and help our community out!
