Participants brought a variety of different bottles to recycle. We filled up 5 recycling bins and we earned $44.
We welcomed a new volunteer to participate.
Initially, we planned to do the cleanup inside Limekiln Park, but we saw that Rinaldi Street was full of trash.
Much of the garbage pieces were unreachable, so we called it a day when everyone had a full trash bag.
We are very proud of ourselves for cleaning the community and making the environment a better place to live. Hopefully more volunteers can join as we continue to host these cleanup events.
