Social and Academic Preparedness Project: Balancing Schedules and Meditation

Today, CHEER hosted the second online session of the Social Academic Preparedness Project. We discussed how we can set our schedule amongst the variety of activities that many high schoolers take part in while staying aware of our mental health. In this presentation, we addressed how we can use meditation to keep ourselves steady and centered during our busy days.
