Social and Academic Preparedness Project: Studying Tips And 7 Dimensions of Wellness

July 22nd was the third online session of the Social Academic Preparedness Project. We focused on ways to study and review content to prepare for exams. To exercise these methods, we did a brief study activity. We discussed the 7 dimensions of wellness and how to promote growth in each.
