Biography:
曹瑛女士是一位资深且成功的教育顾问。她先后在密歇根大学及加州大学洛杉矶分校
(UCLA)等五所美国知名高等学校中工作了30 多年。曾在加州大学洛杉矶分校任法学
院硕士学生任职业规划处主任。
其在美国高校7 年大学本科和研究生录取以及13 年就业指导的工作经历，使她对美
国各类高校录取、各类专业及就业前景等方面有着直接深入的了解。自2001 年起，
曹瑛指导众多学子成功申请到美国著名高中、藤校等及其它知名大学及研究所。
基于多年经验，她擅长对学生进行个案分析，准确把握学生特点，根据学生个人兴趣
和职业前景，精确为学生专业定位，为学生设计有益申学的课外活动，有效指导学生
个性化完成大学申文，使学生在竞争中成功脱殷而出，进入理想大学。
Ms. Ying Cao, who came to the US in mid 80s, has 34 years of professional experience in US higher
education institutions including University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and University of California, Los
Angeles. Her unique and broad expertise ranges from working as administrator in US university
undergraduate and graduate admissions, international student counseling, study abroad programs as well as executive education and university career services.
Ms. Ying Cao is passionate about guiding and supporting the development of young students. Since 2001, she has also been consulting on US college application with successful results, including placements into Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Caltech, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, U Penn, Columbia, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, Rice University, Pomona College, UC Berkeley, UCLA and USC. She is also committed to developing and organizing enrichment programs to help inspire creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in young students and has gained valuable experience through practice.
